I walk beside her, our gloved hands intertwined as we brace the cold. I feel her begin to shiver, immediately jumping into classic boyfriend mode as I slip off one of my jackets.

“Here…” I say softly, stopping her and wrapping the coat around her shoulders. “Don’t want you getting sick.”

She laughs softly, leaning closer to me as it slowly begins to snow. “You’re such a dork,” she mutters, nuzzling her nose against mine.

“Well yeah, but I’m your dork.”

“You sure are.” She kisses me then, huddling closer for warmth as the snow starts dusting our hair.
